Founder Mr. Wee Kuang Tai MLJ RNA MNA had over 10 years of experience in the IT sector, servicing clients in Asia, before taking the entrepreneurship route. His previous regional work, along with the success of his initial business in 2011, led him to expand his company’s offerings to other sectors and form L Holding Limited in 2016. His business scope has since involved diverse investments, pharmaceutical ventures, luxury trading and R&D in green energy.
Apart from his professional knowledge and technical expertise, Mr. Wee Kuang Tai’s heart for society has run his businesses and investments. Having earlier on recognized the impact that businesses can make to bettering the world—from battling climate change to empowering young talent, and advocating innovators, he endeavours to align every business decision with his personal mission of advancing the general well-being of the community.
His philanthropic work has earned him memberships in the Order of Saint Lazarus (MLJ), Order of St Joachim, Royal Naval Association (RNA) and Merchant Navy Association (MNA) in honour of his significant commitment to community service and his active support for the British Royal Family.

Chevalier Baizhou Cai KJ KSR MLJ FRSA MRi RNA MNA is an architectural and interior designer, artist, and has worked in the international relations sector for over 10 years. Closely working with politicians in both the UK and China from local to central government level, while also working very closely with the events team for Her Majesty the Queen.
Baizhou is also an academic, teaching in the field of Architecture and Interior Design, he taught at Ravensbourne University London from 2014-2018, and at the University of West London 2020-2021.
As a design writer, he has jointly published the book 'Sub plan' addressing issues and possibilities in existing planning laws in the UK.
Baizhou was elected as Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, made a foreign expert to the Ministry of Propaganda Department of Foreign Language, Special Invitation Research Fellow to The Association for promotion of West China Research and Development, Institute of China Western Development. Committee Member for the People’s Republic of China Ministry of Housing, China National Interior Decoration Association Design Education Committee, Think Tank Member at People’s Republic of China Ministry of Education, Expert Tank Member at People’s Republic of China Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
For his philanthropic work and working for the British Royal Family, he was Invested as a Knight in the Order of St Joachim (KJ), Knight in the Order of St Raphael (KSR), Member in the Order of St Lazarus (MLJ), Royal Naval Association (RNA) and Merchant Navy Association (MNA)

Mr. Jack Silvester is an experienced professional in the construction industry, with 15+ years working in construction and groundwork, having experience working for leading names including KIER, Balfour Beatty, Barratt Developments PLC, Murphy Group, Willmott Dixon, Keller Group, Wates Group, GRAF UK etc.
Past experience includes working as an Attenuation Engineer Manager, Ettunuation Engineer Supervisor, Trained Competitant Plant Operator, Warehouse Manager, Team Manager, Agricultural Engineer, and Demolition Plant Operator.
Mr Silvester has accredited qualifications in:
HGV 1 licence, NPORS Certified (360 Excavator above 10ton, Dumper, Roller, Forklift, Rough terrain masted forklift, Telehandler, Reach Forklift, Side loader, Hiab, Mewp), NPTC (Agricultural Telehandler, agricultural Tractor), CITB, HSE Certified.

Chartered Building Engineer
Steve is a qualified Building Surveyor and Engineer with more than 45 years of experience in the Construction Industry. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Association of Building Engineers.
Steve’s past experience as Principal Surveyor and Area Manager in the Public Sector (Local Authority) and Private Sector (AI - Approved Inspectors) of Building Control has provided him with a certain skillset for determining compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation. Steve's knowledge within the construction sector has benefitted his awareness of the majority of disciplines necessary for the construction of buildings. His skill set includes Building Consultancy and Regulations, Fire Risk Assessments, Site Project Management, Party Wall Matters, Cost Consultancy and Architectural Design (CAD Technical: SketchUp, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD and Revit),
Steve is in charge of Architectural technical drawings for building control, Building Consultancy, Fire Risk Assessments and Site Supervision.
