Founder Chevalier Wee Kuang Tai KJ OLJ MMLJ RNA MNA had over 10 years of experience in the IT sector, servicing clients in Asia, before taking the entrepreneurship route. His previous regional work, along with the success of his initial business in 2011, led him to expand his company’s offerings to other sectors and form L Holding Limited in 2016. His business scope has since involved diverse investments, pharmaceutical ventures, luxury trading and R&D in green energy.

Apart from his professional knowledge and technical expertise, Chevalier Wee Kuang’s heart for society has run his businesses and investments. Having earlier on recognized the impact that businesses can make to bettering the world—from battling climate change to empowering young talent, and advocating innovators, he endeavours to align every business decision with his personal mission of advancing the general well-being of the community.

His philanthropic work has earned him memberships in the Order of Saint Lazarus (OLJ), Order of St Joachim (KJ), Order of St Raphael (KSR), Royal Naval Association (RNA) and Merchant Navy Association (MNA) in honour of his significant commitment to community service and his active support for the British Royal Family.

Chevalier Baizhou Cai KJ KSR OSM OLJ MMLJ FRSA MRi RNA MNA is an architectural and interior designer, artist, and has worked in the international relations sector for over 10 years. Closely working with politicians in both the UK and China from local to central government level, while also working very closely with the events team for Her Majesty the Queen.

Baizhou is also an academic, teaching in the field of Architecture and Interior Design, he taught at Ravensbourne University London from 2014-2018, and at the University of West London 2020-2021.
As a design writer, he has jointly published the book 'Sub plan' addressing issues and possibilities in existing planning laws in the UK.
Baizhou was elected as Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, made a foreign expert to the Ministry of Propaganda Department of Foreign Language, Special Invitation Research Fellow to The Association for promotion of West China Research and Development, Institute of China Western Development. Committee Member for the People’s Republic of China Ministry of Housing, China National Interior Decoration Association Design Education Committee, Think Tank Member at People’s Republic of China Ministry of Education, Expert Tank Member at People’s Republic of China Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Baizhou was appointed Chief Advisor for the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) in 2024.
For his philanthropic work and working closely for the British Royal Family, he was Invested as a Knight in the Order of St Joachim (KJ), Knight in the Order of St Raphael (KSR), Officer in the Order of St Mark (OSM), Officer in the Order of St Lazarus (OLJ), Royal Naval Association (RNA) and Merchant Navy Association (MNA)

Beginning his career as a qualified bricklayer with top honours from college, he quickly advanced through the ranks, earning an ONC Diploma and taking on leadership roles as a foreman. Over the years, he has managed a variety of high-profile projects, including residential developments, office complexes, and a landmark shopping mall.

Driven by his passion for construction, Steve established his own company, successfully partnering with leading organizations such as Network Rail. His work spans a wide range of projects, from structural repairs to the construction of new platforms, demonstrating his dedication to quality and innovation.

As a key member of our team, Steve’s leadership, expertise, and commitment ensure the successful delivery of every project.

Steve is a highly qualified Building Surveyor and Engineer with over 45 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a proud member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Association of Building Engineers, showcasing his dedication to excellence and professional development.

Throughout his career, Steve has held key positions in both the public and private sectors, including roles as Principal Surveyor and Area Manager within Local Authorities and Approved Inspector organizations. This diverse experience has equipped him with a comprehensive skill set for ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation. His in-depth knowledge of the construction industry spans a wide range of disciplines essential for successful building projects.

Steve’s expertise includes Building Consultancy, Fire Risk Assessments, Site Project Management, Party Wall Matters, Cost Consultancy, and Architectural Design using advanced software such as SketchUp, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and Revit.

In his current role, Steve oversees architectural technical drawings for building control, provides building consultancy services, conducts fire risk assessments, and supervises site operations. His vast experience and versatile skill set make him a trusted professional in delivering high-quality outcomes for every project.
Stuart Lane

Stuart has been an integral part of the building industry for 29 years, amassing a wealth of hands-on experience and a diverse skill set. He began his career as a bricklayer, mastering the trade before expanding his expertise into carpentry while working with a well-established construction company. Over the years, Stuart honed his abilities across multiple disciplines, becoming a highly skilled and versatile multi-trade builder.

His experience spans residential, commercial, and industrial projects, where he has consistently delivered quality workmanship and innovative solutions. Stuart is also a certified and experienced machine operator, proficient in operating heavy equipment to support various construction tasks.

Known for his attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to excellence, Stuart is a reliable and adaptable professional who thrives in challenging environments. His extensive knowledge and practical expertise make him a cornerstone of any project team, ensuring successful outcomes and satisfied clients.
Tommy
Builder/welder
Tommy is a highly skilled welder and craftsman with more than 30 years of experience in welding and construction. His career began in Poland, where he first learned the fundamentals of welding during his school years. Driven by a passion for precision and excellence, he started with small construction projects, mastering the details of the trade and steadily advancing to larger, more complex challenges.

Over the years, Tommy has built an impressive portfolio of work. He has played a key role in constructing ships and oil tankers in Hamburg and Gdańsk, where his expertise in welding ensured structural integrity and durability. He has also worked on the fabrication of enormous diesel tanks in major industrial hubs like Amsterdam, Antwerp, and Rotterdam, showcasing his ability to handle intricate and demanding projects with unparalleled craftsmanship.

After moving to England, Tommy expanded his skills into building construction, merging his welding knowledge with broader construction techniques. This combination of expertise has made him a versatile and invaluable asset. A true artisan in his field, Tommy takes pride in his work and thrives on delivering exceptional results. Neil

Neil began his career in 2000 when he joined the British Army, dedicating 22 years of service to his country. He spent 10 years as a Pioneer and 12 years as a Logistics Specialist, gaining a diverse range of skills and hands-on experience throughout his military career.
​
As a Pioneer, Neil mastered various trades, including operating multiple types of material handling equipment (MHE), basic bricklaying, concreting, scaffolding, and carpentry. These skills proved invaluable during his deployments to Northern Ireland, Iraq, Afghanistan, Cyprus, Jordan, and Belize, where he applied his expertise in challenging and diverse environments.

Neil’s military background has instilled in him exceptional discipline, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. His ability to work under pressure, lead by example, and maintain a strong focus on achieving objectives makes him an invaluable member of the team. With his extensive practical knowledge and unwavering commitment, Neil brings both strength and reliability to every project.

After relocating to the UK, Jia was proud to join TBP as a skilled builder, bringing his extensive international experience to the team. His background in both residential construction and interior renovation has equipped him with a broad skill set and a deep understanding of diverse building techniques. Jia is known for his precision, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering projects to the highest standards.
